AMEX has always been known for great customer service, and the Centurion Lounge is no exception. When we were leaving the lounge three hours later, they somehow remembered our names and asked how the massage was at the spa. They took the time to explain where everything in the lounge is located, and also told us about their favorite cocktails from the bar.
